Your First Dental Visit
You will immediately be greeted by our front desk administrator before being offered a beverage. A dental assistant will then escort you to a treatment room, gathering your thoughts, concerns, and desires. After capturing digital X-rays, Dr. Lam will come in to perform a full, comprehensive exam as well as go over the images and any potential issues found.
New Patient Forms
If you’re looking to save time when you arrive for your first visit, we will email or text you the forms to complete prior to your appointment. You can fill out the information in the comfort of your own home before bringing it with you to your appointment for a more seamless check-in experience.
CareCredit Financing Available
If a complex dental procedure is not covered by your dental insurance, you can always apply for flexible financing through CareCredit. This low or no-interest payment plan can make it possible for you to stay within your budget while pursuing necessary or desired oral healthcare.
In-House Membership Plan
If you are uninsured but want high-quality dentistry, you can always enroll in our in-house membership plan. By making an annual payment, you receive access to general preventive dental care (i.e., two cleanings, exams, and X-rays) each year. We also offer a periodontal maintenance plan if you struggle with gum disease and need more regular cleanings and checkups. In addition, this plan will reward you for staying on track with your oral health by offering a discount on the necessary treatment that Dr. Lam as prescribed (excludes cosmetic/elective procedures).
Choosing an Out-of-Network Dentist
Although selecting a dentist who is in-network with your insurance does have its pros, our patients find that we prioritize quality of care, making choosing our out-of-network dentist well worth it!
